Investment Criteria
- $2 million to $20 million funded as equity, mezzanine debt with warrants or a combination of the two
- Middle-market companies with an enterprise value between $10 million and $100 million and an operating profit of at least $1 million
- Companies with experienced management teams that have been in operation at least three years and are headquartered in the United States
- Companies with a diversified customer base and defensible market position in a stable or growing industry
- Companies with stable cash flow and the capacity to grow
